How To Use
  • Wear the mask over clean, dry skin. You may apply a thin layer of water-based serum or toner first, but do not use over oils, makeup or sunscreen for best results. Each treatment is pre-set for 10 minutes, however you may increase or decrease as needed. 
  • For optimal results, you can use the Lumara VISO for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening every day

Pro Tips

  • Power & Charging: Long press the power button. If your battery doesn't power on, please charge your battery using the usb-a to usb-c cable.
  • Strap Placement: With the VISO lying flat (LED's Up) Attach the (3) straps. Make sure the velcro is facing downward for both sides with the
    soft loop facing up for the top strap.
  • Fit & Comfort: The mask should fit snug but not too tight against your face. Adjust the top strap last to help relieve some pressure off your cheeks. Laying flat on a bed will give you the most comfortabletreatment!
  • Treatment Times: Once the Mask is comfortable, Long Press the power button and press the E button twice to turn up the energy. Then press the T+ button to 20 minutes for the
    best treatment.
  • Care Instructions: The mask will automatically turn off after the set time. Store your mask flat, and use mild cleaner such as Prevention One- Step Disinfectant Wipes to keep your VISO clean.
